Although the raw material itself - nuts are not cheap, yet the result justifies the means.

Instructions for making homemade almond oil:

Choose one of the ways. In the first, oil is prepared from a crude product, in the second, from fried. The second option is more often chosen, since oil from processed almonds is released faster, its taste is saturated, and the shelf life is increased.
For frying, you will need a baking sheet, an oven heated to 170-180 degrees, parchment paper and almonds. We line the paper on a baking sheet, pour almonds into a single layer and put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Stir the nuts every 2 minutes so that they do not burn. You can not overexpose them, otherwise the oil will be bitter.
We are waiting for the almonds to cool. Pour it into a harvester or blender, which must be powerful enough to make almond flour, and then a homogeneous paste.
